Communications include, but are not limited to, (1) agreements, notices and disclosures required by law (e.g. this Consent, the Tua Financial Privacy Notice, your Retail Installment Agreement, any regulatory required notices and disclosures), (2) payment authorizations and transaction receipts or confirmations, (3) periodic statements and history, (4) and all federal and state tax statements and documents. We may also use electronic signatures and obtain them from you. You consent to receive calls and electronic communications (including SMS text messages) regarding your application and account as specified here.
By providing your telephone number and clicking “Submit” (or otherwise proceeding), you authorize Tua Financial Technologies Holdings Inc., and its affiliates, agents, and service providers, to contact you at the number(s) provided using an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, text messages, email, or AI-powered chatbots or virtual agents for purposes related to your loan application, account servicing, or other products and services that may be of interest. You understand that some communications may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence technologies for efficiency and customer support purposes, and such interactions may be monitored for accuracy and compliance. AI communications are subject to our Privacy Policy.

Your agreement to this E-sign Consent confirms your ability and consent to receive Communications electronically from Tua Financial, its affiliates, and its third-party service providers, rather than in paper form, and to the use of electronic signatures in our relationship with you ("Consent"). If you choose not to agree to this Consent or you withdraw your consent, you may be restricted from using the Services.
